How can I download the digital items?
After payment is confirmed, the download links will be sent to your registered mailbox, you can simply download the items through the links. You can also find the related download links in 'Order History'.
Download link is valid within two weeks (14 days) of purchase. Unlimited redownloads within the validity period also.

Digital Items
All Digital Items Are Not Refundable.
All downloadable products are not available for refund, but I can provide replacement and simple technical support if there is confirmed download error/ file damage.
Please make sure your desktop, tablet, mobile phone, or operating system of your device can be compatible with the format of the download file you purchased. Please note that all digital content items cannot be refunded after purchase.
Physical Items
Physical Items Purchased From The Store Here May Be Eligible To Refund.
All items will be checked and packed carefully so as to confirm they are completely no any flaws before send out, therefore the exchange or refund is only available if: the postal error caused by me; or the quality issue that shall provide replacements, no refund will be given in the above circumstances. If serious damage occurs during delivery and replacement cannot be provided (out of stock and other force majeure factors), refund or other compensation plans can be provided based on the severity of the damage. (All need to provide receipt /photo proof)
